Placing Orders for Goods

You may cancel an Order only if the Goods are returned in their original condition. This includes all product instructions, documents, and packaging. Damaged Goods or those not returned in their original condition will not be refunded. Please handle Goods with care while they are in your possession.
We will issue a refund no later than 14 days from receiving the returned Goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees.

Payment cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive authorization, we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery.
